The Difference Between Plate Fin Heat Exchanger
Plate-fin heat exchanger and finned heat exchanger and finned tube heat exchanger, what are the connections and differences?
Plate fin heat exchanger structure, usually consists of baffle, fin, seal, guide. Placed between two adjacent partition fin, diaphragm and seals of a sandwich, is called the channel, will this interlining according to the different way of fluid superimposed, brazing into a whole to form plate beam, plate beam is the core of the plate-fin heat exchanger, with the necessary head, takeover and support of plate-fin heat exchanger.
Finned tube heat exchanger is a wing tube heat exchanger. It can be composed of only one or a number of root fin tubes, such as the radiator, which can also be used to form an air-cooled type heat exchanger such as shell and fan.
And the fin heat exchanger is the total classification of plate-fin heat exchanger and finned tube heat exchanger.
